We're going to listen to the generals...unless we don't like what they say. (WARNING: MAY BE NSFW)

So I'm reading up on think progress when I come across this little doozy from Paul Ryan (R-idiculous):

We don’t think the generals are giving us their true advice. We don’t think the generals believe that their budget is really the right budget.

What?  So when a general wants more money, you guys are happy to give it to him, but when they say "you gave us to much"... (a little more after the jump)

I believe that the president’s budget by virtue of the fact that when he released his budget number of about $500 billion, the number was announced at the same time they announced the beginning of their strategy review of the Pentagon’s budget. So what we get from the Pentagon is more of a budget driven strategy, not a strategy driven budget.

NO.  You do NOT shove money down someone's fucking throat like that.  They aren't a Vegas hooker, you aren't a john (maybe), and that money is not your flaccid schlong.  You accept that money and put it towards education and infrastructure, ESPECIALLY when money is as tight as it is, you fucking loony.
